Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sri Gayathri Pooja Store / Sri Gayatri Imports. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Perishable Items (Flowers & Fresh Products)

  • Due to the nature of fresh flowers and perishable items, returns are not accepted.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided for review.
  • Approved cases may be eligible for replacement or partial/full refund at management discretion.

2. Non-Perishable Items (Pooja Items, Décor, Return Gifts, Idols)

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened or used items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Customized and perishable orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share order details and photo proof.
  • We will arrange replacement or refund accordingly.
