Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Sri Gayathri Pooja Store / Sri Gayatri Imports. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Perishable Items (Flowers & Fresh Products)
- Due to the nature of fresh flowers and perishable items, returns are not accepted.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided for review.
- Approved cases may be eligible for replacement or partial/full refund at management discretion.
2. Non-Perishable Items (Pooja Items, Décor, Return Gifts, Idols)
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Opened or used items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Customized and perishable orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share order details and photo proof.
- We will arrange replacement or refund accordingly.
